Refund Policy

We want you to be confident about joining the Complete WordPress Course. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling. Please note this course is conducted 100% live on Zoom / Google Meet, with no recorded sessions, so attendance-related points below are important.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered only if raised within 3 days of enrollment and before the first live class begins. Once the first live class has been attended, the enrollment becomes non-refundable, since classes are live-only and are not recorded for later access.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after the course start date (10 August) or after attending any live class.
• Change of mind after the live classes have begun.
• Missed live classes due to personal reasons — since sessions are not recorded, missed classes cannot be recovered or claimed as a refund reason.
• Non-selection for the internship, as the number of students selected and eligibility criteria are announced in the first live class and are not a purchasable or guaranteed component for every student.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at help.seowp@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your registered name, payment reference ID, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, we may offer to transfer your seat to a future batch at our discretion, if requested before the course start date.
