Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of the Complete WordPress Course offered by SEOWP ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in the course or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Course

This course is meant purely for educational purposes, to help individuals learn the skill of building websites on WordPress in their free time. It is a learning program and not a job offer, employment contract, or a guarantee of income.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Live Classes on Zoom / Google Meet

The entire course is conducted 100% live via Zoom or Google Meet. There are no recorded sessions — classes are not recorded and are not made available afterward. There is also no separate login ID, dashboard, or portal provided; students join each live session using the meeting link shared with them. Since there are no recordings, attending the live classes regularly is essential to complete the course.

4. Internship Guarantee

A 1-month, fully online internship opportunity is offered, but only to a select number of students. The exact number of students who will be given the internship, along with the full eligibility criteria, will be announced during the first live class. Internship eligibility generally depends on 80%+ attendance, timely submission of assignments, and active participation. Stipend amount (₹2,000–₹5,000) may vary based on performance and company policy. This is not a guarantee of employment for every enrolled student.

5. User Conduct

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including material shared during live sessions, documents, and resources, is the intellectual property of SEOWP and is meant for personal, non-commercial learning use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEOWP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the course, including income claims, freelance outcomes, missed live sessions, or third-party platform changes (e.g. WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Zoom, Google Meet updates).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
